Corporation Properties definition

Corporation Properties has the meaning set out in Section 3.1(16)(a).
Corporation Properties means the interests of Corporation and each Corporation Subsidiary in all material properties of the Corporation, including those described in Schedule “C” hereto;
Corporation Properties has the meaning ascribed thereto in paragraph (y) of Schedule D.

Related to Corporation Properties

  • Common Properties means and refer to those areas of land shown on any recorded subdivision plat of The Properties and intended to be devoted to the common use and enjoyment of the owners of The Properties.

  • Association Property means that property, real and personal, which is owned or leased by, or is dedicated by a recorded plat to, the association for the use and benefit of its members.

These properties or resources may include, but are not limited to, monuments, memorials, Indian habitations, ceremonial sites, abandoned settlements, sunken or abandoned ships, engineering works, treasure trove, artifacts, or other objects with intrinsic historical or archaeological value, or any part thereof, relating to the history, government, and culture of Florida.

  • Operating Company has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Condominium Corporation means a condominium or strata corporation established under provincial legislation.

  • Timberlands means all the timberlands from time to time owned by the Loan Parties.

  • Assets and Properties of any Person means all assets and properties of every kind, nature, character and description (whether real, personal or mixed, whether tangible or intangible, whether absolute, accrued, contingent, fixed or otherwise and wherever situated), including the goodwill related thereto, operated, owned or leased by such Person, including without limitation cash, cash equivalents, Investment Assets, accounts and notes receivable, chattel paper, documents, instruments, general intangibles, real estate, equipment, inventory, goods and Intellectual Property.
