Corporation Subsidiaries definition

Corporation Subsidiaries means all corporations, partnerships, joint ventures, limited liability companies, associations and other entities of which the Corporation has the ownership, directly or indirectly, of more than fifty percent of the voting securities or similar ownership interests, including any securities or similar ownership interests which are voting only upon the occurrence of a contingency where such contingency has occurred and is continuing.
Corporation Subsidiaries means Homestake Resource and Homestake Royalty;
Corporation Subsidiaries means the material subsidiaries of the Corporation, as set forth in Schedule "B" to this Agreement;

Examples of Corporation Subsidiaries in a sentence

  • The Restricted Stock Units and any Shares issued thereunder do not constitute a public offering of securities under Hong Kong law and are available only to employees of the Corporation, Subsidiaries or Affiliates.

More Definitions of Corporation Subsidiaries

Corporation Subsidiaries means the subsidiaries of the Corporation as shown in Schedule C attached hereto, and CDZ is deemed to be a subsidiary of the Corporation, notwithstanding that it does not have a majority ownership or voting interest;
