Corporation Subsidiaries definition

Corporation Subsidiaries means all corporations, partnerships, joint ventures, limited liability companies, associations and other entities of which the Corporation has the ownership, directly or indirectly, of more than fifty percent of the voting securities or similar ownership interests, including any securities or similar ownership interests which are voting only upon the occurrence of a contingency where such contingency has occurred and is continuing.

Corporation Subsidiaries means the material subsidiaries of the Corporation, as set forth in Schedule "B" to this Agreement;

Corporation Subsidiaries means the subsidiaries of the Corporation listed in Schedule B attached hereto;

Examples of Corporation Subsidiaries in a sentence

• Any action of the Committee with respect to the Plan shall be final, conclusive, and binding on all persons, including the Corporation, Subsidiaries, Participants, any person claiming any rights under the Plan from or through any Participant, and shareholders.

• The Committee shall have full power and discretionary authority to construe and interpret the terms and conditions of this Plan and any agreements defining the rights and obligations of the Corporation, any Subsidiary, and any Participant or other person under this Plan, which construction or interpretation shall be final and binding on all parties including the Corporation, Subsidiaries, Participants and beneficiaries.

• Any action of the Committee with respect to the Plan shall be final, conclusive, and binding on all persons, including the Corporation, Subsidiaries of the Corporation, Grantees and any person claiming any rights under the Plan from or through any Grantee and stockholders.

• The Restricted Stock Units and any Shares issued thereunder do not constitute a public offering of securities under Hong Kong law and are available only to employees of the Corporation, Subsidiaries or Affiliates.

• While providing initial information, two companies did not grant us access to detailed data.

More Definitions of Corporation Subsidiaries

Corporation Subsidiaries shall have the meaning set forth in Article EIGHTH; and

Corporation Subsidiaries means Petrolifera Petroleum (Holdings) Limited, Petrolifera Petroleum (Americas) Limited and, if the context so requires, includes the Corporation's Argentine branch, Petrolifera Petroleum Limited Sucursal Argentina and the Argentine branch of Petrolifera Petroleum (Americas) Limited, Petrolifera Petroleum (Americas) Limited Sucursal Argentina, and "Corporation Subsidiary" means any one of them.

Corporation Subsidiaries means Orla Mining (Canada) Ltd., CR Acquisitions Ltd., Minerometalurgica San Mxxxxx X. de R.X. de C.V., Minera Cerro Quema S.A., Aurum Exploration Inc., Monitor Gold Corporation and Minera Camino Rxxx XX de CV;

Corporation Subsidiaries means the subsidiaries of the Corporation as shown in Schedule C attached hereto, and CDZ is deemed to be a subsidiary of the Corporation, notwithstanding that it does not have a majority ownership or voting interest;

Corporation Subsidiaries means, collectively, the material subsidiaries of Corporation which are Osisko Xxxxxxx Reef Gold Ltd., Osisko Mining Ltd., and Compania Minera Osisko Mexico, S.A. de C.V. and “Corporation Subsidiary” means any of them;

Corporation Subsidiaries means Compania Minera Pitalla, S.A. de C.V., Pediment Exploration Mexico S DE RL DE C.V., Megashear Mining-Exploration, S.A. de C.V., Minera Sud California, S.A. de C.V. and Minexson, S.A. de C.V; (cc)
