CORR Series B Preferred Stock definition

CORR Series B Preferred Stock means the Series B Convertible Preferred Stock of CORR, $0.001 par value per share, the terms of which shall be governed by the CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust, Inc. Articles Supplementary Establishing and Fixing the Rights and Preferences of Series B Redeemable Convertible Preferred Stock, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit D.
