Correctional custody definition

Correctional custody means the physical restraint of a person during duty or nonduty while on active state duty and includes extra duty, fatigue duty, or hard labor.
Correctional custody means when a parolee or probationer is physically detained in a county jail or a correctional facility operated by the department.
