Corrupt Conduct definition

Corrupt Conduct means conduct of a person, regardless of whether the person holds or held an appointment, that—
Corrupt Conduct means the conduct of a Public Servant, in carrying out his duties, that violates applicable laws or the Standards of Conduct articulated in this Charter.
Corrupt Conduct has the meaning given in the Independent Commission Against Corruption Act 1988 (NSW);

Examples of Corrupt Conduct in a sentence

Corrupt Conduct has the meaning given by s.15 of the Crime and Corruption Xxx 0000; "criminal offence" means a crime, misdemeanor or simple offence, but does not include a regulatory offence; "critical incident" means

Corrupt Conduct means the following types of conduct that would (if proved) be an indictable criminal offence or the offence of perverting the course of justice, attempting to pervert the course of justice, or bribery of a public official:  Conduct of any person that adversely affects the honest performance of the functions of a Public Body or a Public Officer; or Dishonest performance of the functions of a Public Body or a Public Officer; or Conduct of a Public Body or a Public Officer that involves knowingly or recklessly breaching public trust; or The misuse by a Public Body or a Public Officer of information or material acquired in the course of the performance of the Public Body’s or Public Officer’s functions, whether or not for the benefit of any entity or individual(s); or A conspiracy or attempt to engage in any of the above types of conduct.
