Cost Basis Collateral Disposition Proceeds means, with respect to any of the Collateral (other than the sale of Timber in accordance with clause (m) of Section 7.1.11 and the termination of Timber Leases in accordance with clause (x) of Section 7.1.11) sold, leased, transferred or otherwise disposed of (whether voluntarily or involuntarily, or under power of eminent domain, condemnation or otherwise), the allocated Cost Basis (it being understood that, if less than the relevant tract of the Collateral as set forth in the Disclosure Schedule is so disposed of, the cost basis of such tract so disposed of shall be determined by the Administrative Agent).
Cost Basis Collateral Disposition Proceeds means, with respect to any of the Collateral (other than the sale of Timber in accordance with clause (m) of Section 7.1.11 and the termination of Timber Leases in accordance with clause (x) of Section 7.1.11) sold, leased, transferred or otherwise disposed of (whether voluntarily or involuntarily, or under power of eminent domain, condemnation or otherwise), the allocated cost basis (the “Cost Basis”) of such Collateral as set forth in Item 1.1(a) (“Cost Basis of Collateral”) of the Disclosure Schedule (it being understood that, if less than the relevant tract of the Collateral as set forth in the Disclosure Schedule is so disposed of, the cost basis of such tract so disposed of shall be determined by the Administrative Agent).
