Cost Impact definition

Cost Impact means the direct cost in any year of implementing a Standard Variation;
Cost Impact. Schedule Impact:
Cost Impact means the amount by which the delivery of an HTP Package exceeds the cost set forth in the applicable Market Case Estimate (as that Market Case Estimate may, from time to time, be amended as described in this Agreement).

  • The Compensation Event Notice shall set forth (i) the Compensation Event and its date of occurrence in reasonable detail, and (ii) the amount claimed as the Concessionaire Damages or as Positive Revenue, as applicable, and details of the calculation thereof including a written analysis and calculation of the estimated Net Cost Impact, if any, and estimated Net Revenue Impact.

  • Upon satisfaction by the Requesting Party of the terms and conditions in this subsection (c), the Parties shall use good faith efforts to agree on the Cost Impacts attributable to the Cost Impact Event.

  • If a Party disagrees with GDC’s determination with respect to the occurrence of a Cost Impact Event or the amount of Cost Impacts attributable to such event, the Parties shall resolve the dispute as described in Article XV.

  • Such Cost Impact Event Notice shall describe the Cost Impact Event and (to the extent such information is available at the time), the efforts of the Requesting Party and the applicable HTP Contractors, if any, that have been (or are going to be) undertaken by such party to overcome or mitigate the potential adverse effect on the cost for performance of the work from such Cost Impact Event.

  • With respect to Cost Impacts that are incurred as a result of an event described in this Section 11.04(b)(ii) (each a “Non-Shared Cost Impact Event”), subject to satisfaction of the requirements set forth in Section 11.04(c) (to the extent applicable), such Cost Impacts shall be funded as described in this Section 11.04(b)(ii).

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Concessionaire will be solely responsible for all Compensation Events with a Net Cost Impact under $10 million per occurrence.
