Service Variation has the meaning attributed to it in paragraph 7.1;
Minor Variations means any modifications reasonably required: (i) to comply with all applicable Legal Requirements and/or to obtain or to comply with any required permit (including the TI Permit); (ii) to comply with any request by Tenant for modifications to Landlord’s Work; (iii) to comport with good design, engineering, and construction practices that are not material; or (iv) to make reasonable adjustments for field deviations or conditions encountered during the construction of Landlord’s Work.
Variation means a change which is instructed by the Engineer/Employer under Sub-Clause 10.1.
Coefficient of variation or “C” means the ratio of the standard deviation to the mean value of a population of observations. It is estimated using the following equation:
the First Variation Agreement means the agreement a copy of which is set forth in the Second Schedule;
Variation Form means the form that will be completed and signed by the Parties to effect a Variation which shall be in the form set out in Framework Schedule 19 (Variation Form);
the Variation Agreement means the agreement a copy of which is set out in Schedule 2. [Section 3 amended by No. 3 of 1988 s. 5.]
the Second Variation Agreement means the agreement a copy of which is set forth in the Third Schedule;
Variation Agreement means the agreement a copy of which is set out in Schedule 2;
Standard Amendment Coversheet refers to the form used by the Judicial Council to amend agreements with other parties. Several originally signed, fully executed versions of a Standard Amendment, together with the integrated Contract Documents, shall each represent an Amendment as an individual contract counterpart.
variation date means the date on which clause 4 of the variation agreement made on or about 17 November 2010 between the State and the Company comes into operation;
Standard Operating Procedures or “SOP” means the procedures as specified in the Annexes or Attachments to the relevant Schedules;
Variation Procedure means the procedure for carrying out a Variation as set out in Clause 16.1 (Variation Procedure);
Standard Agreement Coversheet refers to the form used by the Judicial Council to enter into agreements with other parties. Several originally signed, fully executed versions of the Standard Agreement, together with the integrated Contract Documents, shall each represent the Agreement as an individual contract counterpart.
Categorical pretreatment standard or "categorical standard" means any regulation containing pollutant discharge limits promulgated by the environmental protection agency in accordance with sections 307(b) and (c) of the Act (33 U.S.C. section 1317) that apply to a specific category of users and that appear in 40 CFR chapter I, subchapter N, parts 405 through 471.
Standard Turnover means the turnover achieved between the date of commencement of your business and the date of the damage, converted to the selected indemnity period.
Variation Margin means, in connection with an outstanding futures contract owned or sold by the Corporation, the amount of cash or securities paid to or received from a broker (subsequent to the Initial Margin payment) from time to time as the price of such futures contract fluctuates.
Basic Comprehensive User Guide means the Ministry document titled Basic Comprehensive Certificates of Approval (Air) User Guide” dated April 2004 as amended.
Supplementary aids and services means aids, services and other supports that are provided in regular education classes or other education-related settings and in extracurricular and nonacademic settings to enable children with disabilities to be educated with children without disabilities to the maximum extent appropriate.
Variations means the absolute value of the difference, in MWh, in any Settlement Interval between (a) DA Scheduled Energy; and (b) Delivered Energy for the Settlement Interval. [For Baseload Product only]
Revision ’ means any change in the
Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;

Instantaneous flow measurement means the flow measured during the minimum time required for the flow-measuring device or method to produce a result in that instance. To the extent practical, instantaneous flow measurements coincide with the collection of any grab samples required for the same sampling period so that together the samples and flow are representative of the discharge during that sampling period.
Unilateral Change Order (ULCO means a Change Order issued by Owner without the complete agreement of Contractor, as to cost and/or time.
Standard operating procedure means a formal written procedure offi- cially adopted by the plant owner or operator and available on a routine basis to those persons responsible for carrying out the procedure.
