Costs of Issuance Accounts definition

Costs of Issuance Accounts means one of the Costs of Issuance Accounts created for a particular Series of Bonds within the Bond Proceeds and Expense Fund, including without limitation the Series 2011A Costs of Issuance Account.

  • Costs of Issuance Account means the Account within the Operating Expense Fund so designated and established by Article V hereof.

  • Spread Account Agreement means the Spread Account Agreement dated as of December 1, 1994, as amended and restated as of May 11, 1998 among the Insurer, the Seller and the Collateral Agent, as the same may be modified, supplemented or otherwise amended in accordance with the terms thereof.

  • Collateral Account Agreement means the Collateral Account Agreement executed and delivered by Company and Administrative Agent on the Closing Date, substantially in the form of EXHIBIT XXIII annexed hereto, as such Collateral Account Agreement may hereafter be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

For this purpose, the “Excess Spread Percentage” for any Monthly Period shall be equal to the Series Adjusted Portfolio Yield for such Monthly Period minus the Base Rate for such Monthly Period.

  • Collateral Agent Fee means the fee payable to the Collateral Agent in arrears on each Quarterly Payment Date in an amount specified in the Collateral Agent Fee Letter.

  • Cash Collateral Accounts shall have the meaning given such term in Section 9(a).

  • Liquidity Account Investments means Deposit Securities or any other security or investment owned by the Fund that is rated not less than A3 by Moody’s, A- by Standard & Poor’s, A- by Fitch or an equivalent rating by any other NRSRO (or any such rating’s future equivalent).

  • Spread Account Initial Deposit means an amount equal to 2.0% of the aggregate principal balance of the Receivables on the Initial Cutoff Date (which is equal to $22,000,029.61).

  • Reserve Account Draw Amount means, for any Payment Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the Available Funds Shortfall Amount, if any, for such Payment Date and (b) the amount of cash or other immediately available funds on deposit in the Reserve Account (excluding any net investment earnings) on such Payment Date; provided, however, that if such Payment Date is the Redemption Date, the “Reserve Account Draw Amount” shall mean an amount equal to the amount of cash or other immediately available funds on deposit in the Reserve Account on the Redemption Date.
