Cost of Issuance Fund definition

Cost of Issuance Fund means the Cost of Issuance Fund established by the Fiscal Agent pursuant to Section 4.01 hereof.
Cost of Issuance Fund means the Cost of Issuance Fund established pursuant to Section 5.3.
