Council Clerk definition

Council Clerk means the Clerk of the Council of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. “County Executive" means the County Executive of the County.
Council Clerk means the clerk of the King County council or a person authorized to act on his or her behalf; and in the event of reorganization of the office of council clerk, the successor official performing such duties or a person authorized to act on his or her behalf.

  • If the Hirer is in any doubt as to the meaning of any of the following, the Council Clerk should be consulted.
