Council Guidelines definition

Council Guidelines means relevant rules, procedures, guidelines, policies, codes of practice, Standing Orders and Financial Regulations and standards of the Council currently applying or as notified to the Organisation by the Council or the Council’s Representative from time to time, as any of the same may from time to time be amended by the Council and notified to the Organisation.
