Counterpart Signature Page definition

Counterpart Signature Page means a counterpart signature page to this Agreement in substantially the same form of Schedule B.
Counterpart Signature Page means the counterpart signature page to the FPAS Operating Agreement executed by PASEC in the form of Exhibit B to this Agreement.
