County Building means any County owned buildings and does not include buildings leased by County.

  • In the event either (i) Owner has not paid the PS Payment to County within one hundred eighty (180) days after the Effective Date, as contemplated in 182 Subsection 2(b), or (ii) Owner has timely paid the PS Payment to County and the Project has been constructed on the Property and completed, pursuant to a County building permit, this Agreement 184 shall automatically terminate and thereafter be null and void for all purposes.
