County highway means a public road that is constructed and
County of residence means the county in this state in which, at the time a person applies for or receives services, the person is living and has established an ongoing presence with the declared, good faith intention of living in the county for a permanent or indefinite period of time. The county of residence of a person who is a homeless person is the county where the homeless person usually sleeps. A person maintains residency in the county in which the person last resided while the person is present in another county receiving services in a hospital, a correctional facility, a halfway house for community-based corrections or substance-related treatment, a nursing facility, an intermediate care facility for persons with an intellectual disability, or a residential care facility, or for the purpose of attending a college or university. (IC 331.394(1)a)
CCAA Proceedings means the proceedings commenced by the Applicant under the CCAA as contemplated by the Initial Order;
Extraordinary Events Any of the following conditions with respect to a Mortgaged Property (or, with respect to a Cooperative Loan, the Cooperative Apartment) or Mortgage Loan causing or resulting in a loss which causes the liquidation of such Mortgage Loan:
Public transit district means a public transit district organized under Title 17B, Chapter 2a, Part 8, Public Transit District Act.
Events means an action or occurrence, at any given location within the Authorized System that causes a Collection System Overflow. An Event ends when there is no recurrence of a CSO or SSO in the Collection System at the same location in the 12-hour period following the last Collection System Overflow.
County means the county of Los Angeles or any public entities for which the board of supervisors is the governing body. (Ord. 2002-0040 § 1, 2002: Ord. 2002-0015 § 1 (part), 2002)
winding-up proceedings means collective proceedings involving realisation of the assets and distribution of the proceeds among the creditors, shareholders or members as appropriate, which involve any intervention by administrative or judicial authorities, including where the collective proceedings are terminated by a composition or other analogous measure, whether or not they are founded on insolvency or are voluntary or compulsory;
Non-Viability Event means the earlier of:
County Auditor means the Greenville County Auditor, or the person holding any successor office of the County.
Material Events means any of the events listed in Section 3 of this Continuing Disclosure Undertaking.
Environmental Event shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.2.1.
County Engineer means the holder of the statutory office of County Engineer for Harris County or the employee designated by the County Engineer to perform a task required by these Regulations.
Juvenile court means the district court of this state.
County clerk means the county clerk or the county official in charge of elections.
Liquidating Events shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.1.
Formal proceedings means proceedings conducted before a judge with notice to interested persons.
County board means a county board of developmental disabilities.
Triggering Events means Triggering Event I, Triggering Event II and Triggering Event III, collectively.
County Property Taxes means any property tax obligation on the County's secured or unsecured roll; except for tax obligations on the secured roll with respect to property held by a Contractor in a trust or fiduciary capacity or otherwise not beneficially owned by the Contractor.
Sequential Pay Event means any Event of Default with respect to an obligation to pay money due under the Mortgage Loan, any other Event of Default for which the Mortgage Loan is actually accelerated or any other Event of Default which causes the Mortgage Loan to become a Specially Serviced Loan, or any bankruptcy or insolvency event that constitutes an Event of Default; provided, however, that unless the Servicer has notice or knowledge of such event at least ten (10) Business Days prior to the applicable distribution date, distributions will be made sequentially beginning on the subsequent distribution date; provided, further, that the aforementioned requirement of notice or knowledge will not apply in the case of distribution of the final proceeds of a liquidation or final disposition of the Mortgage Loan. A Sequential Pay Event shall no longer exist to the extent it has been cured (including any cure payment made by the Note B Holder in accordance with Section 11) and shall not be deemed to exist to the extent the Note B Holder is exercising its cure rights under Section 11 or the default that led to the occurrence of such Sequential Pay Event has otherwise been cured or waived.
Inconvertibility Event means the occurrence, as determined by the Calculation Agent in its sole and absolute discretion, of any action, event or circumstance whatsoever which, from a legal or practical perspective:
Public transit means a location, including, but not limited to, a bus stop or train station, where the public may access buses, trains, subways, and other forms of transportation that charge set fares, run on fixed routes, and are available to the public.
Residential district means an area of a municipality where 75% or more of the area is zoned for residential housing.
Special Events means sports complex events, City of Philadelphia events, weather, and other events that have been or are identified as such by the RTMC.
criminal proceedings means criminal proceedings in relation to which the strict rules of evidence apply;
