County Increment definition

County Increment means, for a year, 80% of the ad valorem property taxes levied and collected by the County for that year on the captured appraised value of real property (as defined in Section 311.012 of the TIRZ Act) taxable by the County and located within the Zone Land.
County Increment means, for any given year beginning with the 2019 tax year, 75 percent of the ad valorem property taxes levied and collected by the County for that year on the captured appraised value of real property taxable by the County and located within the TIRZ.
County Increment means the portion of Property Tax Increment Revenues generated by the Larimer County mill levy, not including the Foothills Gateway and the Pest Control District mill levies, received by the Authority from the Larimer County Treasurer.
