  • Upon receipt of a completed application and fee, the City Recorder shall refer the application to the appropriate city departments for review and, if applicable, to the County Sanitarian.

  • Camp or “camping” means to pitch, erect, create, use, or occupy camp facilities for the purposes of habitation, as evidenced by the use of camp paraphernalia.
