  • If a Course Creator has not satisfied all components of the Course Creator’s total negotiated salary obligations or has deficits with the Course Creator’s department or school, the Course Development Incentive that would otherwise be due may, at the discretion of the University, be applied to satisfy those obligations and/or repay those deficits.
