Courthouse Park definition

Courthouse Park means the open space surrounding the Yavapai County Courthouse, Prescott, Arizona, as bounded by Cortez Street, Gurley Street, Montezuma Street and Goodwin Street and excluding the Courthouse Building.

  • Designated Major Events shall be listed on a Courthouse Park Major Event Schedule.

  • Booths and Displays Placement of booths and displays on the Courthouse Park shall be subject to the following restrictions: 1.
