Covenant Security Escrow Account. An escrow account established by Tenant with a reputable, nationally recognized title insurance company selected by Tenant and approved by Landlord (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed) with an office located in Las Vegas, Nevada.   • Indemnity Escrow Account means the escrow account established by the Escrow Agent pursuant to the terms of the Escrow Agreement for purposes of holding the Indemnity Escrow Amount.
