Cover Date definition

Cover Date means the date which is the fifth (5th) anniversary of the initial funding of the one-fifth (1/5th) of the Capital Contribution Commitment from the Class A Member by payment to Zhone pursuant to Section 3.1(c) and the Stock Purchase Agreement.

  • Handover Date means the date on which access to the Tower and Associated Tower Site is given to the Access Seeker for installation of the Equipment at that Site as stated in Clause 9(c) hereof. “Handover” shall be construed accordingly.
