Covered Employee means an employee who is a “Covered Employee” within the meaning of Section 162(m) of the Code.

Covered Employee means the chief executive officer and the four (4) other highest compensated officers of the Company for whom total compensation is required to be reported to stockholders under the Exchange Act, as determined for purposes of Section 162(m) of the Code.

Covered Employee means an Employee who is a “covered employee” under Section 162(m)(3) of the Code.

Examples of Covered Employee in a sentence

For each Covered Employee, Contractor shall provide the appropriate health benefit set forth in Section 12Q.3 of the HCAO.

More Definitions of Covered Employee

Covered Employee means any Employee who is, or could be, a “covered employee” within the meaning of Section 162(m) of the Code.

Covered Employee means a Participant who is, or is determined by the Committee to be likely to become, a “covered employee” within the meaning of Section 162(m) of the Code (or any successor provision).
