Covered operations definition

Covered operations means any operations specifically identified in the Application and any supporting documentation provided to the Insurer by the “first named insuredprior to the inception date identified in Item 2. of the Declarations to this Policy, which are performed by or on behalf of a “named insured” outside of the physical boundaries of a “covered location”.
Covered operations means those operations specifically identified in Item 6. of the Declarations that are performed at a “work siteby or on behalf of a “named insured”, including project management and site supervision duties, along with any attendant coordination, facilitation or effectuation of the disposal and/or recycling of waste materials generated from such operations at a “non-owned disposal site”.
Covered operations means those operations performed by or on behalf of the Named Insured at a “job site project”, provided such operations are within the scope of the operations specified in the application(s) for this Policy on file with us and described in the Description of Operations shown in the Common Declarations of this Policy.

Covered operations means all contracting services that are performed at a “work siteby or on behalf of a “named insured”, including project management and site supervision duties, along with any attendant coordination, facilitation or effectuation of the disposal and/or recycling of waste materials generated from such operations at a “non-owned disposal site”.
Covered operations means contracting activities or contracting operations conducted by the Named Insured or on the Named Insured's behalf.
Covered operations means those operations conducted by or on behalf of an "insured" that are specifically described in the Application and any supporting documentation provided to us by the "named insured" during the application process.
Covered operations as defined in the policy must specifically include all work performed by Proposer/Contractor pursuant to the Contract, including without limitation excavation, off-site incineration of soils, demolition, asbestos abatement, drum removal and disposal, in-situ vapor extraction, etc. Any exclusions or limitations affecting work performed under this Contract must be deleted.
Covered operations means those activities performed for a third party by you or on your behalf at a site not owned or leased by you and as are set forth and described in your application. Covered Operations does not include Completed Operations.
