CRC Card definition

CRC Card means a card issued by us which allows you to conduct ATM transactions and Card Transactions, and any card issued in renewal or replacement of such card;
CRC Card. PIN” shall the Personal Identification Number issued by us to allow you to use your CRC Card at an ATM;
CRC Card is a card linked to your Citibank Ready Credit account which enables you to make payment transactions (including any point-of-sales payment transactions and purchases via the internet and mail order and telephone orders for any goods and/or services); and “Retail Purchases” refers to purchases of any goods and/or services using the CRC Card and may at Citibank’s discretion and without prior notice, include any other transactions as may be determined by Citibank

Examples of CRC Card in a sentence

  • Accordingly, any reference to a Citibank ATM/ Debit Card in the Citibank ATM/Debit Card terms and conditions shall be to a CRC Card.

  • By operating the CRC Card, you are deemed to have agreed to and accepted such terms and conditions.

  • You shall not use and we will not permit the CRC Card and/or Citibank ATM/Debit Card to be used to effect any card transaction which would contravene the laws of any jurisdiction.

  • You acknowledge that your CRC Card, Citibank ATM/Debit Card and your TBS Access Code may operate any other account(s) you may have with us other than your CRC account.

  • The Citibank ATM/Debit Card terms and conditions apply to your operation of the CRC account using the CRC Card or the ATM/Debit Card by such means and manner as we may avail to you from time to time including via the ATM or using the POS Transactions functionality.

  • If you do not terminate your CRC account after we have given such notice of change, you shall be deemed to have accepted such changes without reservation regardless of whether or not you continue to use the CRC Card, the Citibank ATM/Debit Card, issue any CRC cheque or otherwise operate the CRC account after such notice.

  • If your CRC account shall be so terminated by us, you shall forthwith return to us all CRC chequebooks, unused CRC cheques, the CRC Card and/or the Citibank ATM/Debit Card issued in respect of your CRC account; and make immediate payment of all CRC outstanding balance and such other sums owing to us under this Agreement including any Collected Amount, interest, charges and fees due or funds required to be made by Law or Regulation.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the liability apportionment set out in section 5 of the Guidelines do not apply to transactions on your CRC Card issued by us in respect of your CRC account.

  • If your PC account shall be so terminated by us, you shall forthwith return to us all PC chequebooks, unused PC cheques, the CRC Card and/or the Citibank ATM/ Debit Card issued in respect of your PC account; cease using all facilities and services relating to the PC account; and make immediate payment of all PC outstanding balance and such other sums owing to us under this Agreement including any Collected Amount, interest, charges and fees due or funds required to be made by Law or Regulation.

  • If you do not terminate your PC account after we have given such notice of change, you shall be deemed to have accepted such changes without reservation regardless of whether or not you continue to use the CRC Card, the Citibank ATM/Debit Card, issue any PC cheque or otherwise operate the PC account after such notice.

  • Label means a display of written, printed, or graphic matter upon the immediate container of any article. A requirement made by or under authority of this chapter that any word, statement, or other information appear on the label shall not be considered to be complied with unless such word, statement, or other information also appears on the outside container or wrapper, if any, of the retail package of such article or is easily legible through the outside container or wrapper.

  • Retailer means every person engaged in the business of making sales at retail, or for distribution,
