In respect of a Credit Event relating to a Series of Credit Linked N&C Securities, a Credit Event will not be determined by the Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee unless a request is submitted to ISDA for the relevant Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee to consider whether the relevant event constitutes a Credit Event within sixty (60) calendar days of the occurrence of such potential Credit Event unless a Credit Event Determination Date has already occurred with respect to such event.
