Credit Limit Amount definition

Credit Limit Amount means for each Revolving Credit Transaction, the maximum principal amount committed by the Intermediary under that Revolving Credit Transaction in the absence of any repayments by the SME.
Credit Limit Amount means the maximum principal amount that a Financial (Sub-) Intermediary commits under a Revolving Final Recipient Transaction without any repayments by the Final Recipient.

More Definitions of Credit Limit Amount

Credit Limit Amount means the maximum principal amount that a Financial (Sub-) Intermediary commits under a Revolving Final Recipient Transaction without any repayments by the Final Recipient. EaSI Transaction means: (i) if the EaSI Guarantee is a guarantee, any Final Recipient Transaction, and (ii) if the EaSI Guarantee is a counter-guarantee, any guarantee instrument issued by a Financial Intermediary to a Financial Sub-Intermediary covering (directly or indirectly) a Final Recipient Transaction.

  • Credit Limit means the total dollar amount of the Account which we approved and which you may borrow against according to the terms of this Agreement.
