Letter of Credit Report means a certificate substantially the form of Exhibit H or any other form approved by the Administrative Agent.
Credit report means any written, oral, or other communication of
Letter of Credit Request shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.03(a).
Letter of Credit Reserve has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.2(d).
Letter of Credit Reimbursement Agreement has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(e).
Letter-of-Credit Right means a right to payment or performance under a letter of credit, whether or not the beneficiary has demanded or is at the time entitled to demand payment or performance. The term does not include the right of a beneficiary to demand payment or performance under a letter of credit.
FTR Credit Requirement means the amount of credit that a Participant must provide in order to support the FTR positions that it holds and/or for which it is bidding. The FTR Credit Requirement shall not include months for which the invoicing has already been completed, provided that PJMSettlement shall have up to two Business Days following the date of the invoice completion to make such adjustments in its credit systems. FTR Credit Requirements are calculated and applied separately for each separate customer account.
Letter of Credit Related Person has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.11(f) of the Agreement.
credit transfer means a payment service for crediting a payee’s payment account with a payment transaction or a series of payment transactions from a payer’s payment account by the payment service provider which holds the payer’s payment account, based on an instruction given by the payer;
Credit reporting agency means a corporation that carries on a credit reporting business.
Credit Reference Bureau means a credit reference bureau duly licensed under the Banking Act pursuant to the Banking (Credit Reference Bureau) Regulations, 2013, as amended, revised or promulgated from time to time, to inter alia, collect and facilitate the sharing of customer credit information;
Credit Requirements means a long-term credit rating (corporate or long-term senior unsecured debt) of (1) “Baa3” or greater by Xxxxx’x, or (2) “BBB-” or greater by S&P, or such other indicia of creditworthiness acceptable to PacifiCorp in its reasonable judgment.
Letter of Credit Maximum Amount means $5,000,000; provided that, on and after the Maturity Date, the Letter of Credit Maximum Amount shall be zero.
Letter-of-Credit Rights means "letter-of-credit rights" as such term is defined in the UCC, now owned or hereafter acquired by any Person, including rights to payment or performance under a letter of credit, whether or not such Person, as beneficiary, has demanded or is entitled to demand payment or performance.
Letter of Credit Application means an application and agreement for the issuance or amendment of a Letter of Credit in the form from time to time in use by the L/C Issuer.
Fair Credit Reporting Act The Fair Credit Reporting Act of 1970, as amended.
Letter of Credit Amount the stated maximum amount available to be drawn under a particular Letter of Credit, as such amount may be reduced or reinstated from time to time in accordance with the terms of such Letter of Credit.
Request for Letter of Credit means a written request for a Letter of Credit substantially in the form of Exhibit H, signed by a Responsible Official of Borrower, and properly completed to provide all information required to be included therein.
Facility LC Application is defined in Section 2.19.3.
Letter of Credit Liability means, all reimbursement and other liabilities of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries with respect to each Lender Letter of Credit, whether contingent or otherwise, including: (a) the amount available to be drawn or which may become available to be drawn; (b) all amounts which have been paid or made available by any Lender issuing a Lender Letter of Credit or any bank issuing a Bank Letter of Credit to the extent not reimbursed; and (c) all unpaid interest, fees and expenses related thereto.
National Credit Act means the National Credit Act, 2005 (Act No. 34 of 2005);
Financial Letter of Credit means any Letter of Credit other than a Performance Letter of Credit.
Letter of Credit Facility means, at any time, an amount equal to the amount of the Issuing Bank's Letter of Credit Commitment at such time, as such amount may be reduced at or prior to such time pursuant to Section 2.05.
Substitute Letter of Credit has the meaning set forth in Section 10.5(c).
Credit transaction means any transaction by the terms of which the repayment of money loaned or loan commitment made, or payment for goods, services, or properties sold or leased, is to be made at a future date or dates.
Credit Voucher means a document executed by a Merchant evidencing any refund or price adjustment relating to Cards to be credited to a Cardholder account.
