Credit Settlement Date definition

Credit Settlement Date means the last day of the longest Physical Settlement Period following the PSN Cut-off Date (the "Scheduled Credit Settlement Date") provided that if a Hedge Disruption Event has occurred and is continuing on the second Business Day immediately preceding the Scheduled Credit Settlement Date, the Credit Settlement Date shall be the second Business Day following the date on which no Hedge Disruption Event subsists or such earlier date (if any) on which the Calculation Agent determines that in its opinion such Hedge Disruption Event is unlikely to cease.
Credit Settlement Date means, subject to the provisions of Credit Linked Condition 21 (Physical Delivery), in relation to any Deliverable Obligation, the last day of the longest Physical Settlement Period following the relevant PSN Cut-off Date (the "Scheduled Credit Settlement Date") provided that:

Examples of Credit Settlement Date in a sentence

  • In relation to each Deliverable Obligation comprising an Entitlement, the Issuer will Deliver or procure the Delivery of the relevant Deliverable Obligation on or prior to the Credit Settlement Date at the risk of the relevant Noteholder in the manner provided below and provided that the Asset Transfer Notice is duly delivered as provided above not later than the close of business in each place of reception on the Cut-Off Date.

  • The relevant Clearing System will on or before the Credit Settlement Date debit the securities account of the relevant Noteholder with the relevant Note.

  • Each such Physical Settlement Amendment Notice must be effective on or prior to the Credit Settlement Date (determined without reference to any change resulting from such Physical Settlement Amendment Notice).

  • The Ordering Party shall ensure that there are funds sufficient to cover the payments under the Letter of Credit in the Account indicated in the Mandate at least one Business Day prior to the Letter of Credit Settlement Date or he/she should submit the Credit Facility Disbursement Instruction or the Disbursement Instruction at that time.

  • Delivery of the Asset Amount in respect of the Notes is subject to all applicable laws, regulations and practices in force on the Credit Settlement Date and none of the Issuer, the Guarantor or any of their Affiliates or agents and the Paying Agents shall incur any liability whatsoever if it is unable to effect the transactions contemplated, after using all reasonable efforts, as a result of any such laws, regulations or practices.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, in the circumstances described above, such Noteholder shall not be entitled to any payment, whether of interest or otherwise, as a result of such Delivery Date falling after the date fixed for redemption or the originally designated Credit Settlement Date, as applicable and no liability in respect thereof shall attach to the Issuer or the Guarantor if applicable.

  • As Physical Settlement is applicable, and Partial Cash Settlement applicable with respect to any Undeliverable Obligations and the Issuer has the option to vary settlement from Physical Delivery to Cash Settlement (“Alternative Cash Settlement”, as further set out in the Schedule), the Maturity Date shall be the latest of the Credit Settlement Date and the Partial Cash Settlement Date and the Alternative Cash Settlement Date.12.

  • First Settlement Date means the date set forth in footnote 3 under "Summary of Essential Financial Information" in the Prospectus Part I for a Trust.

  • Default Settlement Method means Combination Settlement with a Specified Dollar Amount of $1,000 per $1,000 principal amount of Notes; provided, however, that the Company may, from time to time, change the Default Settlement Method by sending notice of the new Default Settlement Method to the Holders, the Trustee and the Conversion Agent.

  • Net Settlement Fund means the Settlement Fund less: (i) Court-awarded attorneys’ fees and expenses; (ii) Notice and Administration Expenses; (iii) Taxes; and (iv) any other fees or expenses approved by the Court.
