Physical Settlement Period definition

Physical Settlement Period means the number of Business Days specified as such in the Final Terms or, if a number of Business Days is not so specified, then, with respect to a Deliverable Obligation specified in the Notice of Physical Settlement, the longest number of Business Days for settlement in accordance with then current market practice of such Deliverable Obligations, as determined by the Determination Agent.
