Credit Standards and Collection Policies definition

Credit Standards and Collection Policies means the Credit Standards and Collection Policies of WCF and WVRI, or of WRDC, as attached to the applicable Seller Purchase Agreement and as amended from time to time in accordance with the applicable Seller Purchase Agreement and the restrictions of Section 6.2(c).

Credit Standards and Collection Policies means, if the Servicer is WCF or an Affiliate of WCF, the individual credit standards established by WVRI and WRDC and the collection policies established by WCF, attached hereto as Exhibit H and as amended from time to time in accordance with the restrictions of this Indenture, and if there is a Successor Servicer that is not an Affiliate of WCF, the collection policies of such Person for loans similar to the Pledged Loans.

Credit Standards and Collection Policies means the Credit Standards and Collection Policies of CTRG-CF and FRI, Trendwest or any other Seller, as attached to the applicable Purchase Agreement and as amended from time to time in accordance with the applicable Purchase Agreement and the restrictions of Section 4.2(c).

Examples of Credit Standards and Collection Policies in a sentence

• In managing, administering, servicing and making collections on the Pledged Loans pursuant to this Indenture, the Servicer will exercise that degree of skill and care consistent with Customary Practices and the Credit Standards and Collection Policies.

• The Servicer will comply in all material respects with the Credit Standards and Collection Policies and Customary Practices with respect to each Pledged Loan.

• The Servicer will not make any change in the Credit Standards and Collection Policies or deviate from the exercise of Customary Practices, which change or deviation would materially impair the value or collectibility of any Pledged Loan.

• Comply in all material respects with the Credit Standards and Collection Policies and Customary Practices in regard to each Pledged Loan and the related Pledged Assets.

• The Servicer will make a diligent effort to deliver to the Insurer a copy of each material amendment or material modification of the Credit Standards and Collection Policies promptly upon the effectiveness of any such amendment or modification provided that any inadvertent failure to deliver any such amendment or modification will not be deemed a default under this Agreement.

More Definitions of Credit Standards and Collection Policies

Credit Standards and Collection Policies means the Credit Standards and Collection Policies of the Seller, a copy of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit C, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the provisions of Section 8(b)(iii).
