Credited Interest Fund definition

Credited Interest Fund means that portion or all of a Participant’s Account to be credited with interest at the Applicable Interest Rate in accordance with Section 5.2.
Credited Interest Fund means that portion of a Participant’s Account denominated in cash to be credited with interest at the Applicable Interest Rate in accordance with Section 5.2.

Examples of Credited Interest Fund in a sentence

  • Each Participant’s Account allocated to the Credited Interest Fund shall be credited with interest at the Applicable Interest Rate.

  • The Participant may (but is not required to) elect, by submitting an election form to the Company that is accepted by the Company, to add or delete one or more of the Credited Interest Fund and Phantom Investment Fund(s) to be used to determine the amounts to be credited or debited to his or her Account, or to change the portion of his or her Account allocated to each.

  • To the extent that a Participant does not elect any of the Phantom Investment Funds as described in Section 5.2.2, the Participant’s Account shall automatically be allocated to the Credited Interest Fund unless Section 5.2.4 is otherwise applicable.

  • Subject to Section 5.2.4, a Participant’s Account attributable to amounts deferred on or after January 1, 2009 shall be allocated to the Credited Interest Fund until such time as the Committee determines, in its sole discretion, that the Participant may select one or more Phantom Investment Funds and the Participant elects to change the allocation of the Account.

  • Subject to Section 5.2.4, the Participant may elect the Credited Interest Fund and/or one or more of any established Phantom Investment Funds, for the purpose of crediting or debiting additional amounts to his or her Account.

  • A Participant’s Account attributable to Annual Fees payable in cash that are deferred on or after January 1, 2010 shall remain allocated to the Credited Interest Fund.

  • Deferred Annual Fees that are payable in the form of cash shall be credited to the Credited Interest Fund as provided in Section 5.2.5.1.2. Crediting of Deferred Equity Awards.

  • Deferred Annual Fees that are payable in the form of cash shall be credited to the Credited Interest Fund as provided in Section 5.2.

  • Any amount held in the Stock Fund shall remain allocated to the Stock Fund and the Participant shall not be entitled to change the portion of his Account allocated to the Stock Fund; provided, however, that any cash dividends payable with respect to the number and kind of equity allocated to the Stock Fund shall be credited to the Participant's Account in the Phantom Investment Funds or the Credited Interest Fund in accordance with Sections 5.2.2 and 5.2.3.

  • Any amount held in the Stock Fund shall remain allocated to the Stock Fund and the Participant shall not be entitled to change the portion of his Account allocated to the Stock Fund; provided, however, that any cash dividends payable with respect to the number and kind of equity allocated to the Stock Fund shall be credited to the Participant’s Account in the Phantom Investment Funds or the Credited Interest Fund in accordance with Sections 5.2.2 and 5.2.3.

Related to Credited Interest Fund

  • Credited Interest means interest on Member contributions to the Plan compounded annually from the end of the Plan Year in which contributions were made to the first day of the calendar month in which a determination thereof is to be made. Provided however, that such compounding shall commence from May 1st, 1972 for determinations being made in respect to contributions made prior to that date. The rate of interest used in compounding Credited Interest in any Plan Year shall be the average of the rate in effect on the first day of each month during the previous Plan Year for non-checking savings accounts administered by the Bank with which the Company transacts the majority of its banking business. Effective January 1, 1988, Credited Interest in respect to a Member's required contributions to the Plan shall be calculated on the basis of the yields of five-year personal fixed term chartered bank deposit rates, as determined from CANSIM B14045, published monthly in the Bank of Canada Review, averaged over a reasonably recent period, such averaging period not to exceed twelve (12) months. Interest shall be credited at the end of each Plan Year. The method of crediting interest for each Plan Year shall be as follows:

  • Net Deferred Interest With respect to each Loan Group and any Distribution Date, the greater of (i) the excess, if any, of the Deferred Interest for the related Due Date over the aggregate amount of any principal prepayments in part or in full received during the related Prepayment Period and (ii) zero.

  • Interest Funding Account means the trust account designated as such and established pursuant to Section 5.01(a).

  • Deferred Interest shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Maximum Uncertificated Accrued Interest Deferral Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) accrued interest at the Uncertificated REMIC II Pass-Through Rate applicable to REMIC II Regular Interest ZZ for such Distribution Date on a balance equal to the Uncertificated Principal Balance of REMIC II Regular Interest ZZ minus the REMIC II Overcollateralization Amount, in each case for such Distribution Date, over (ii) the aggregate amount of Uncertificated Accrued Interest for such Distribution Date on the REMIC II Regular Interests (other than REMIC II Regular Interests AA, ZZ and IO), with the rate on each such REMIC II Regular Interest (other than REMIC II Regular Interests B-1, B-2, B-3 and B-4) subject to a cap equal to the least of (x) the One-Month LIBOR Pass Through Rate for the Corresponding Certificate, (y) 11.00% per annum and (z) the Net WAC Cap Rate for the REMIC III Regular Interest the ownership of which is represented by the Corresponding Certificate for the purpose of this calculation for such Distribution Date, and with the rate on each of the REMIC II Regular Interests B-1, B-2, B-3 and B-4 subject to a cap equal to the lesser of (i) the per annum fixed rate specified in the definition of “Pass-Through Rate” for the Corresponding Certificate, and (ii) the related Net WAC Cap Rate for the REMIC III Regular Interest the ownership of which is represented by the Corresponding Certificate for the purpose of this calculation for such Distribution Date; provided, however, that solely for this purpose, the related cap with respect to each REMIC II Regular Interest (other than REMIC II Regular Interests AA, ZZ, B-1, B-2, B-3, B-4 and IO) shall be multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is 30 and the denominator of which is the actual number of days in the related Accrual Period.   • Interest Funds With respect to each Mortgage Group and any Payment Date, (a) the sum of, without duplication, (1) all interest collected (other than the interest portion of Payaheads and Prepayment Premiums) or advanced in respect of Scheduled Payments on the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Group during the related Due Period by the Servicer, the Subservicer, the Master Servicer or the Indenture Trustee (solely in its capacity as successor Master Servicer), minus, (x) to the extent provided under Sections 4.02(e)(3) and (4) and Sections 5.08(i) and (ii) herein, previously unreimbursed Advances and Nonrecoverable Advances due to the Servicer, the Subservicer, the Master Servicer or the Indenture Trustee (solely in its capacity as successor master servicer) to the extent allocable to interest and the allocable portion of previously unreimbursed Servicing Advances with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Group, (y) the Servicing Administration Fee and Master Servicing Fee with respect to such Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Group and (z) any fees and expenses of any Custodian with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Group to the extent not paid by the Seller or its Affiliates, (2) any Compensating Interest Payments or payments in respect of Prepayment Interest Shortfalls paid by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 5.21 with respect to the related Prepayment Period with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Group, (3) the portion of any Purchase Price or Substitution Amount paid with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Group during the related Prepayment Period allocable to interest, and (4) all Net Liquidation Proceeds, Insurance Proceeds and any other recoveries collected with respect to the Mortgage Loans in such Mortgage Group during the related Prepayment Period, to the extent allocable to interest, as reduced by (b) such Mortgage Group’s pro rata share of: (i) the Owner Trustee Fee, (ii) any costs, expenses or liabilities reimbursable or otherwise due to the Master Servicer, Servicer, the Subservicer, the Indenture Trustee, any Custodian, the Owner Trustee or the Trust Administrator to the extent provided in this Agreement, the Trust Agreement, the Indenture and any Custodial Agreement and (iii) any Net Swap Payment.

  • Allocated interests means the following interests allocated to each unit:

  • Bond and Interest Fund means the Bond and Interest Fund of the Issuer for its general obligation bonds.

  • Vested Interest means a Participant’s nonforfeitable interest in his or her Account, determined in accordance with Article V.

  • Company Contribution Account means (i) the sum of the Participant’s Company Contribution Amounts, plus (ii) amounts credited or debited to the Participant’s Company Contribution Account in accordance with this Plan, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her Beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant’s Company Contribution Account.

  • Matching Contribution Account means the separate, individual account established on behalf of a Participant to which the Matching Contributions made on such Participant's behalf are credited, together with all earnings and appreciation thereon, and against which are charged any withdrawals, loans and other distributions made from such account and any losses, depreciation or expenses allocable to amounts credited to such account.

  • Capitalized Interest Account The separate Eligible Account designated as such and created and maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.05(h) hereof. The Capitalized Interest Account shall be treated as an "outside reserve fund" under applicable Treasury regulations and shall not be part of any REMIC. Except as provided in Section 3.05(h) hereof, any investment earnings on the amounts on deposit in the Capitalized Interest Account shall be treated as owned by the Depositor and will be taxable to the Depositor.

  • U.S. Accredited Investor means an “accredited investor” within the meaning of Rule 501(a) of Regulation D;

  • Rollover Contribution Account means the separate Account maintained for a Member to record such Member's share of the Trust Fund attributable to any Rollover Contribution made to the Plan on his behalf.

  • Uncertificated Interest With respect to any REMIC I Regular Interest for any Distribution Date, one month's interest at the REMIC I Remittance Rate applicable to such REMIC I Regular Interest for such Distribution Date, accrued on the Uncertificated Balance thereof immediately prior to such Distribution Date. Uncertificated Interest in respect of any REMIC I Regular Interest shall accrue on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months. Uncertificated Interest with respect to each Distribution Date, as to any REMIC I Regular Interest, shall be reduced by an amount equal to the sum of (a) the aggregate Prepayment Interest Shortfall, if any, for such Distribution Date to the extent not covered by payments pursuant to Section 3.24 and (b) the aggregate amount of any Relief Act Interest Shortfall, if any allocated, in each case, to such REMIC I Regular Interest pursuant to Section 1.02. In addition, Uncertificated Interest with respect to each Distribution Date, as to any REMIC I Regular Interest shall be reduced by Realized Losses, if any, allocated to such REMIC I Regular Interest pursuant to Section 1.02 and Section 4.04.

  • Interest Account means the Account within the Debt Service Fund so designated and established by Article V hereof.

  • Qualified Matching Contribution means any employer contribution allocated to an Eligible Employee’s account under any plan of an Employer or a Related Company solely on account of “elective contributions” made on his behalf or “employee contributions” made by him that is a qualified matching contribution as defined in regulations issued under Code Section 401(k), is nonforfeitable when made, and is distributable only as permitted in regulations issued under Code Section 401(k).

  • Qualified Matching Contributions means Matching Contributions which are immediately nonforfeitable when made, and which would be nonforfeitable, regardless of the age or service of the Employee or whether the Employee is employed on a certain date, and which may not be distributed, except upon one of the events described under Section 401(k)(2)(B) of the Code and the regulations thereunder.
