Criminal Justice System definition

Criminal Justice System means the whole of the State and local criminal justice agencies described in Item (2) of this Rule.
Criminal Justice System means the whole of the State and local criminal justice agencies including the North Carolina Department of Public Safety, Division of Adult Correction and Juvenile Justice.
