Criminal Record Clearance definition

Criminal Record Clearance means an individual has a California clearance and an FBI clearance.
Criminal Record Clearance means an individual has a California Department of Justice clearance and an FBI clearance.

Criminal Record Clearance means an individual has a California Department of Justice clearance and an FBI clearance or evidence of compliance with FBI requirements as specified in Section 1522(d)(1)(D) of the Health and Safety Code.
