Crosstex GP LLC means Crosstex Energy GP, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. “Crosstex GP LLC Interests” has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(f).

  • CEI / “CEIG” shall mean Chief Electrical Inspector to the State Government.

  • EBS means Electronic Bid Submission.
