Examples of Crown Usco in a sentence

  • Pursuant to Section 7.14 of the Credit Agreement, each U.S. Subsidiary of CCSC, Crown Usco or Crown International that was not in existence or not a U.S. Subsidiary on the date of the Credit Agreement is required to enter into this Agreement as a Pledgor upon becoming a U.S. Subsidiary.

  • Pursuant to Section 5.11 of the Credit Agreement, each Domestic Subsidiary of CCSC, Crown Usco or Crown International that was not in existence or not a Domestic Subsidiary on the date of the Credit Agreement is required to enter into this Agreement as a Pledgor upon becoming a Domestic Subsidiary.

  • Crown means the government of the United Kingdom (including the Northern Ireland Assembly and Executive Committee, the Scottish Executive and the National Assembly for Wales), including, but not limited to, government ministers and government departments and particular bodies, persons, commissions or agencies from time to time carrying out functions on its behalf;

  • The Vendor means the person, firm, company or organization on whom the Purchase Order is placed and shall be deemed to include the vendor’s successors, representative heirs, executors and administrator as the case may be. It may also be referred to as Seller, Contractor or Supplier.

  • CCA means the Connecting Care Act, 2019, and the regulations under it, as it and they may be amended from time to time;

  • CBC means the Collective Bargaining Committee

  • SBS means the New York City Department of Small Business Services.

  • AEOI means one or more of the following, as the context requires:

  • Prime Vendor – means any person (natural or juristic) who forwards an acceptable proposal in response to this RFB with the intention of being the main contractor should the proposal be awarded to him/her.

  • PubCo has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Seller Parent has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • CJA means the Courts of Justice Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C-43, as amended;

  • Seller Entities means, collectively, Seller and all Seller Subsidiaries.

  • WCA means the Workers Compensation Act (British Columbia) and the regulations thereunder.

  • SAP Parent means SAP SE, a European Company (Societas Europaea, SE) established under the laws of Germany and the European Union, registered with the commercial register of the local court of Mannheim, Germany, under HRB 719915, with registered office in Walldorf, Germany, and business address at Dietmar-Hopp-Allee 16, 69190 Walldorf, Germany.

  • GLO means the Texas General Land Office and its officers, employees, and designees, acting in their official capacities.
