RPI definition

RPI means the figure shown under the heading “All Items” in the Index of Retail Prices published monthly by the National Statistics Office (or any successor thereto);
RPI means the General Index of Retail Prices All Items measured by CHAW and published each month but where RPI for any month is not published on or before the last day of the third month after such month or there is a material change in the base composition of RPI, then XXX may, after consultation with the parties and such other persons as it considers appropriate, determine the use of such other index as it deems appropriate in the circumstances;

More Definitions of RPI

RPI means the U.K. Retail Prices Index (for all items) published by the Office for National Statistics (January 1987 = 100) or any comparable index which may replace the U.K. Retail Prices Index for the purpose of calculating the amount payable on repayment of the Reference Gilt. Where RPI is specified as the Index in the relevant Final Terms, any reference to the “Index Figure” which is specified in the relevant Final Terms as:
