Crystal Group definition

Crystal Group or “Buyer”) in writing. If a separate written purchase contract executed by both Crystal Group and Seller (“Contract”) exists between the parties regarding the goods or services covered by this PO, the terms and conditions in this PO shall be deemed part of the Contract; provided, however, to the extent there are any inconsistencies between the terms of this PO and the Contract, the terms of the Contract shall prevail. All goods shipped, or work performed hereunder shall be in full compliance with the terms herein. The term “goods” shall include tangible items ordered hereunder.

Examples of Crystal Group in a sentence

  • Unless specifically authorized by the engineering definition, conversion of a raw material (i.e. heat treat to change the temper or condition of the material) constitutes material substitution of the condition provided by the manufacturer and shall not be done with authorization from Crystal Group.

  • Crystal Group is therefore also regarded as connected person of the Company.

  • Upon request, Seller must be able to provide list of delegated suppliers to Crystal Group and/or regulatory agency reviews.

  • Crystal Group requires notification on any changes that occur within your business.

  • Seller agrees to defend, protect and save harmless, Crystal Group, its successors and users of the goods/products against all claims or suits at law or in equity, and from all damages, claims or demands (including attorney fees) for actual or alleged infringement of any United States or foreign intellectual property (“IP”) including patent, trademark, trade secret or copyright by reason of use of the goods/products ordered.

  • Air freshener means any consumer product including, but not limited to, sprays, wicks, powders, and crystals, designed for the purpose of masking odors or freshening, cleaning, scenting, or deodorizing the air. Air fresheners do not include products that are used on the human body, products that function primarily as cleaning products, disinfectant products claiming to deodorize by killing germs on surfaces, or institutional or industrial disinfectants when offered for sale solely through institutional and industrial channels of distribution. Air fresheners do include spray disinfectants and other products that are expressly represented for use as air fresheners, except institutional and industrial disinfectants when offered for sale through institutional and industrial channels of distribution. To determine whether a product is an air freshener, all verbal and visual representations regarding product use on the label or packaging and in the product's literature and advertising may be considered. The presence of, and representations about, a product's fragrance and ability to deodorize (resulting from surface application) shall not constitute a claim of air freshening.

  • Clean energy means energy produced from Renewable Energy Resources (as defined below), eligible energy sources, and by means of advanced technologies that cost- effectively capture and sequester carbon emissions produced as a by-product of power generation. For purposes of this definition, “cost” means all those costs as determined by the Public Utilities Commission of the State of Colorado (“PUC”).
