CSI Guide definition

CSI Guide means the "CreateSmart Initiative Guide" available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx.
CSI Guide means the publication the " CreateSmart Initiative Guide" as set out in Appendix VI.
