Tender Process means the procurement process for this Tender as set out in the Tender Document herein.
product placement means any form of audiovisual commercial communication consisting of the inclusion of or reference to a product, a service or the trade mark thereof so that it is featured within a programme, in return for payment or for similar consideration;
Process Gas means gas used for which altemate fuels, other than another gaseous fuel, are not technically feasible such as in applications requiring precise temperature controls and precise flame characteristics.
Shelf Procedures means the rules and procedures established pursuant to NI 44-102;
CT gantry means the tube housing assemblies, beam-limiting devices, detectors, and the supporting structures and frames which hold these components.
Commercial Mobile Radio Service or “CMRS” means Commercial Mobile Radio Service as defined in Part 20 of the FCC’s Rules.
Net Purchases means purchases of goods and services charged to the Account, less refunds and adjustments;
Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) means a telephone company certificated by the Commission to provide local Exchange Service within AT&T-21STATE’s franchised area.
Capacity Export Transmission Customer means a customer taking point to point transmission service under Tariff, Part II to export capacity from a generation resource located in the PJM Region that has qualified for an exception to the RPM must-offer requirement as described in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 6.6(g).
Commercial Mobile Radio Services (CMRS) means Commercial Mobile Radio Service, As Defined in the Act and FCC rules.
ASTC Settlement Rules means the operating rules of ASTC and, to the extent that they are applicable, the operating rules of ASX and the operating rules of the Australian Clearing House Pty Limited;
Authorized aftermarket manufacturer means an organization that fabricates a part under a contract with, or with the express written authority of, the original component manufacturer based on the original component manufacturer’s designs, formulas and/or specifications.
Signaling Transfer Point (“STP”) means a signaling point that performs message routing functions and provides information for the routing of messages between signaling points within or between CCIS networks. An STP transmits, receives and processes CCIS messages.
Open Market Purchase shall have the meaning specified in Section 2(I)
Call Off Procedure means the process for awarding a Call Off Agreement pursuant to Clause 4 (Call Off Procedure) and Framework Schedule 5 (Call Off Procedure);
licensed water supplier means a company which is the holder for the time being of a water supply licence under Section 17A(1) of the 1991 Act(f);
Support Call Process means the support call process applicable to all of our customers who have licensed the Tyler Software. A copy of our current Support Call Process is attached as Schedule 1 to Exhibit C.
Network Supply Point or "NSP" means any Point of Connection between:
Capacity Market Buyer means a Member that submits bids to buy Capacity Resources in any Incremental Auction.
Associated Procedures means those procedures and/or statements that have been adopted by the Underwriter, the Adviser, a Fund or the Compliance Department, and which are designed to supplement this Code and its provisions.
Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) means any company or person authorized to provide local exchange services in competition with an ILEC.
Component purchases means purchases of the component parts of an item that in normal purchasing practices would be made in one purchase. “Separate purchases” means purchases, made sep- arately, of items that in normal purchasing practices would be made in one purchase. “Sequential purchases” means purchases, made over a period, of items that in normal purchasing practices would be made in one purchase.
Sub-processor means any Data Processor engaged by MailChimp or its Affiliates to assist in fulfilling its obligations with respect to providing the Services pursuant to the Agreement or this DPA. Sub-processors may include third parties or members of the MailChimp Group.
Major processor means a user processing, handling, or manufacturing radioactive material exceeding Type A quantities as unsealed sources or material, or exceeding four times Type B quantities as sealed sources, but does not include nuclear medicine programs, universities, industrial radiographers, or small industrial programs. Type A and B quantities are defined in this rule.
IITK Purchase Order means the IITK’s official Purchase Order document;
Marketable Emission Trading Credits means without limitation, emissions trading credits or units pursuant to the requirements of California Health & Safety Code Division 26 Air Resources, Section 39616 and Section 40440.2 for market based incentive programs such as the South Coast Air Quality Management District’s Regional Clean Air Incentives Market, also known as RECLAIM, and allowances of sulfur dioxide trading credits as required under Title IV of the Federal Clean Air Act (see 42 U.S.C. § 7651b.(a) to (f)).
