Cultivation Licence definition

Cultivation Licence means the licence to be issued by Health Canada to Solace, if granted, designating Solace as a Licensed Producer, allowing Solace to produce marijuana.

Cultivation Licence means a licence to cultivate cannabis issued pursuant to Section 35 of the Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations;
