Currency Hedging Agreement definition

Currency Hedging Agreement means any currency swap agreement, cross-currency agreement, forward agreement, floor, cap or collar agreement, futures or options, insurance or other similar agreement or arrangement, or any combination thereof, entered into by the applicable Person where the subject matter of the same is currency exchange rates or the price, value or amount payable thereunder is dependent or based upon currency exchange rates or fluctuations in currency exchange rates as in effect from time to time.
Currency Hedging Agreement means any currency swap agreement, currency cap agreement, currency floor agreement, currency futures agreement, currency option agreement or any other similar agreement or arrangement.
Currency Hedging Agreement means any foreign exchange contracts, currency swap agreements, currency hedging agreements, currency options or arrangements similar to any of the foregoing, or other arrangements designed to protect against fluctuations in currency values or arrangements to offset (on a partial or whole basis) or terminate positions executed by any of the foregoing.
