Forward Agreement definition

Forward Agreement means a Capacity Management Agreement (entered into following the issue of a Tender Invitation Notice) pursuant to which a User surrenders Firm NTS Entry Capacity to National Grid NTS over a forward period of days (but, for the avoidance of doubt, shall not include an agreement made pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 2.10);
