Examples of Applicable Person in a sentence
After the Closing, Newco (as defined below) may (but shall not be obligated to) offer to engage any Applicable Person (as hereinafter defined) as an employee, consultant, director (or equivalent position) or other service provider on terms and conditions approved by Newco in its sole and absolute discretion.
