Current Agreement means the agreement referred to in section 2 as varied from time to time. [Section 2A inserted by No. 61 of 2010 s. 39.]

Current Agreement means any DIGITAL MUSIC DOWNLOAD SALES AGREEMENT or DIGITAL VIDEO DOWNLOAD SALES AGREEMENT by and between COMPANY and ITUNES that is in effect as of the date this Agreement is signed by both Parties and the territory of which includes any part of the Territory (as defined herein). The Current Agreement with the earliest effective date is referred to as the “Earliest Current Agreement.”
