Current Dividend definition

Current Dividend means a dividend on the Preferred Stock which is paid on the first Dividend Payment Date after it has accrued.
Current Dividend has the meaning ascribed to it in the Series E Preferred Articles Supplementary.
Current Dividend means a quarterly dividend on the Common Stock in an amount not to exceed $0.33 per share per annum, which amount will be reduced to reflect any subdivision of the Common Stock by means of a stock split, stock dividend or otherwise.

  • Ex-Dividend Date means the first date on which shares of the Common Stock trade on the applicable exchange or in the applicable market, regular way, without the right to receive the issuance, dividend or distribution in question, from the Company or, if applicable, from the seller of Common Stock on such exchange or market (in the form of due bills or otherwise) as determined by such exchange or market.
