Current EBITDA definition

Current EBITDA means, as to any Fiscal Month, the cumulative EBITDA of Borrower for the twelve-month period ended on the last day of the month immediately prior to such Fiscal Month for which a Maximum Revolver Leverage Ratio and a Maximum Revolving Credit Loan are being calculated.
Current EBITDA means the Company's EBITDA for the year with respect to which the Bonus Pool is being calculated.

  • Target EBITDA means, for each fiscal year, the EBITDA set forth in the operating budget of the Company, as approved by the Board, for the particular year.

  • EBITDA means, with respect to any Person for any period, the net income for such Person for such period plus the sum of the amounts for such period included in determining such net income in respect of (i) interest expense, (ii) income tax expense, and (iii) depreciation and amortization expense, in each case as determined in accordance with GAAP.
