Current Issuer Corporate Services Provider means Law Debenture Corporate Services Limited or such other person for the time being acting as corporate services provider to the Current Issuer under the Current Issuer Corporate Services Agreement;

  • The remuneration to the Current Issuer Corporate Services Provider as set forth in this Clause shall apply only in respect of this Agreement and the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Documents, and the remuneration to the Current Issuer Corporate Services Provider in respect of any previous or subsequent transaction between the parties shall be as agreed in connection with such transaction.

  • Corporate Services Provider means Computershare Trust Company of Canada, a trust company formed under the laws of Canada, as corporate services provider to the Liquidation GP under the Corporate Services Agreement, together with any successor corporate services provider appointed from time to time;
