Current Mezzanine Loan Documents definition

Current Mezzanine Loan Documents means (i) the First Mezzanine Loan Agreement (the “Current Mezzanine Loan Agreement”) between Current Mezzanine Loan Lender and Current Mezzanine Loan Borrower, (ii) the First Mezzanine Promissory Note (the “Current Mezzanine Note”) in the original principal amount of the Current Mezzanine Loan made by Current Mezzanine Loan Borrower and payable to Current Mezzanine Loan Lender, (iii) the First Mezzanine Pledge and Security Agreement made by Current Mezzanine Loan Borrower in favor of Current Mezzanine Loan Lender, (iv) each UCC Financing Statement executed by Current Mezzanine Loan Borrower in favor of Current Mezzanine Loan Lender in connection with the foregoing and (v) any other “Loan Document”, as defined in the Current Mezzanine Loan Agreement, as each of the foregoing may be modified, amended and restated from time to time in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Intercreditor Agreement.
Current Mezzanine Loan Documents means (i) the Mezzanine Loan Agreement (the “Current Mezzanine Loan Agreement”) between Current Mezzanine Loan Lender and Current Mezzanine Loan Borrower, (ii) the Promissory Note (the “Current Mezzanine Note”) in the original principal amount of the Current Mezzanine Loan made by Current Mezzanine Loan Borrower and payable to Current Mezzanine Loan Lender, (iii) each Pledge and Security Agreement made by Current Mezzanine Loan Borrower, respectively, in favor of Current Mezzanine Loan Lender, (iv) each UCC Financing Statement executed by Current Mezzanine Loan Borrower in favor of Current Mezzanine Loan Lender in connection with the foregoing and

Related to Current Mezzanine Loan Documents

  • Mezzanine Loan Documents means, as to each Mezzanine Loan, all documents evidencing, securing, guaranteeing and/or perfecting such Mezzanine Loan and all documents executed and/or delivered in connection therewith.

  • Mezzanine Loan Agreement means that certain Mezzanine Loan Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, between Mezzanine Borrower and Mezzanine Lender, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Existing Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Existing Credit Agreement.

  • Term Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Term Loan Agreement.

  • Second Lien Loan Documents means the Second Lien Credit Agreement and the other “Loan Documents” under and as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement, as each such document may be amended, renewed, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Senior Loan Documents means the loan agreement between Borrower and Senior Creditor and any other agreement, security agreement, document, promissory note, UCC financing statement, or instrument executed by Borrower in favor of Senior Creditor pursuant to or in connection with the Senior Debt or the loan agreement, as the same may from time to time be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.

  • Bridge Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Bridge Credit Agreement.

  • First Lien Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the First Lien Credit Agreement.

  • DIP Loan Documents means the Replacement DIP Loan Documents (as defined in the DIP Order).

  • Debt Financing Documents means the agreements, documents and certificates contemplated by the Financing, including all credit agreements, loan documents, purchase agreements, underwriting agreements, indentures, debentures and notes pursuant to which the Financing will be governed or contemplated by the Debt Commitment Letter.

  • Revolving Loan Documents has the meaning specified for the term “Loan Documents” in the Revolving Credit Agreement.

  • Mezzanine Loan means a mezzanine loan secured by equity interests in the Mortgage Loan Borrower.

  • Refinancing Documents means each of the agreements, documents and instruments entered into in connection with the Refinancing.

  • Original Loan Documents means the "Loan Documents" as defined in the Original Credit Agreement.

  • Subordinate Loan Documents means the Subordinate Note, the Subordinate Mortgage, and all other documents at any time evidencing, securing, guaranteeing, or otherwise delivered in connection with the Subordinate Indebtedness.

  • ABL Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement.

  • Mortgage Loan Documents means, with respect to the Mortgage Loan, the Mortgage Loan Agreement, the Mortgage, the Notes and all other documents now or hereafter evidencing and securing the Mortgage Loan.

  • Mezzanine Loans means, individually or collectively, as the context may require, the First Mezzanine Loan and the Second Mezzanine Loan, and each of the First Mezzanine Loan and/or the Second Mezzanine Loan, individually, a “Mezzanine Loan”.

  • Subordinated Loan Documents means at any time the agreements and other documents then governing the Subordinated Indebtedness.

  • Existing Loan Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • Existing Credit Documents means (a) the Existing Credit Agreement, (b) the promissory notes made by Borrower thereunder, and (c) all deeds of trust, mortgages, security agreements, and other documents, instruments or agreements executed and delivered in connection therewith by any Restricted Person, or any predecessor in interest to any Restricted Person.

  • Required Loan Documents means, for each Loan:

  • Severed Loan Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(c) hereof.

  • Subsidiary Loan Agreements means the agreements to be entered into pursuant to Section 3.01 (b) of this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time, and such term includes all schedules to the Subsidiary Loan Agreements;

  • Borrower Loan Documents shall have the meaning given such term in the Borrower Loan Agreement.

  • Term Loan Security Documents means the “Security Documents” as defined in the Term Loan Credit Agreement.
