Mezzanine Note definition

Mezzanine Note means the original executed promissory note or other tangible evidence of the Mezzanine Loan indebtedness.
Mezzanine Note means the original promissory note that was executed and delivered in connection with a particular Mezzanine Loan.
Mezzanine Note means, with respect to a Mezzanine Loan, a note or other evidence of indebtedness of a Mezzanine Loan.

More Definitions of Mezzanine Note

Mezzanine Note means a note or other evidence of indebtedness of the owner or owners of direct or indirect equity ownership interests in an underlying real property owner secured by a pledge of such ownership interests.
