Current Practice definition

Current Practice means, in respect of any action or inaction, the practices, standards and procedures of the Securitization Entities or the Manager on their behalf as performed since the Closing Date.
Current Practice means, in respect of any action or inaction, the practices, standards and procedures of the Non-Securitization Entities as performed on or that would have been performed immediately prior to the Series 2016-1 Closing Date.

Current Practice means, in respect of any action or inaction, the practices, standards and procedures of the Non‑Securitization Entities as performed on or that would have been performed immediately prior to the Closing Date.
